Frequently Asked Questions

What is camping like?

Sites are reserved ahead of time and assigned. You will need to bring your own camping equipment that is in line with what you have reserved. The ground is very flat but also very hard for tent stakes at times. We have two camping areas for quieter or louder attendees.

What are the bathrooms like?

There are plenty of extremely clean porta-potties and hand washing basins, including wheelchair accessible ones.

Are there showers?

There are a few VIP shower trucks which you need tokens for. Otherwise, you can swim in the river! There is a small beach near the festival grounds that is the perfect place to take a dip. Please only use ocean safe and biodegradable soaps.

Is there an age restriction?

All of our events are 21+

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! This is one thing that sets us apart from other festivals. We don’t try to squeeze money out of our guests on overpriced water and peanuts. We have food vendors and drinks available for less than any other concert/festival, but we also encourage you to bring your own, especially water.

What food and drinks are available?

Vegan food truck, taco truck, and the general store. The food trucks operate during peak meal times and the general store is open 24/7 with toiletries, snacks, etc.

What should I bring?

See our blog post here! www.discorodeo.com/blog/whattobring

Why do you require an application?

We want this to be a safe place for everyone. No creeps! We also don’t want anyone who could accidentally put anyone else in danger if they don’t know their own limits. We are not babysitters, we are a community of adults. We also want to offer priority admission to past guests so we can continue to build on our relationships.
